What is “So Killing, Man!” anyways?

So Killing, Man is a collaborative blog dedicated to the study of improvisational music through the transcription and analysis of “killing” solos.  We (Ben Doherty, Adam Meckler,  and Cory Grossman) aim to bring you a fresh new transcription once a week each Sunday.  The comments section for each transcription are open and we highly encourage you to participate in our discussions.  Perhaps you have a different take on a solo or just want to point out something interesting; we welcome it all!
